Responsibilities & Context
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ এবং কনটেক্সট:
We are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the above post. He will be proficient in communication & Advance in Tele Marketing.
- Responsible for maintaining regular communications with the teachers over phone
- You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone
- Have a good attitude and mentality.
- Call/ visit to Develop & maintain good relationships with a teacher & students to generate Business for the company
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for management
- Ensure Monthly/ Quarterly KPI’s (acquisition & call targets) are met as per the department’s expectations
- Take Ownership of Companies Revenue Generating New Projects & Ensure More growth for the Vertical
- Coordinate the work with team members to bring about the best result that ensures the growth of the organization
