  • You will be an enthusiastic and professional individual, with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communications skills.
  • You will be confident in liaising with educational institutions, internal stakeholders.
  • You will have an interest in and understanding of the education system of different countries and eligibility criteria of partner universities of the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia etc.
  • You will be confident to work under your own initiative managing and prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines.
  • You will possess a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Managing the CRM system; whilst ensuring all relevant customer data is processed onto the system accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Google Workspace and different communication tools.
  • Excellent professional email etiquette & vocabulary.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Target driven and capable of working within a fast-paced environment
  • Good cultural awareness, and confident working with colleagues/partners from around the globe.
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your own student portfolio through positive relationship management.
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of admissions policies of different educational institutions
  • 1-2 years corporate experience
  • Professional email etiquette

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintaining regular communication flow for the pending/ongoing application decision/offer with partner universities.
  • Work with our partner colleges and universities to resolve application issues and submit quality applications.
  • Regular Database update, response & clearance.
  • Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail.
  • Undertake research into relevant colleges and universities and courses, obtaining information thoroughly and within given timeframes.
  • Regular University Portal checking for new or modified admission updates/information
  • Acknowledging & circulating University updates regularly
  • Maintaining & checking decision life type and complete those within TAT
  • Assist students with course related enquiries and requirements.
