Responsibilities & Context

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and advertising related marketing materials.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports, press releases and speeches following organizational news.
• Plan and manage the design, content, and article of all marketing materials.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
• Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices.
• Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current communication trends in digital media/social media.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
