Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years

• At least 5 year(s) in development sectors/National NGOs.
• Coordination and Communication skill.
• Must have experience working with local community at Union level.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Field level work and Facilitate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as WASH hardware support.
• Working experience in local government Institution will get priority.
• Excellent communication skills with community.
• Working experience in coastal areas particularly in South-West of Bangladesh.
• Working on under pressure in any time.
• Have ability to conduct community training effectively

Responsibilities & Context

Project Name: Actions to Climate Change Ensuring Sustainable Solutions (ACCESS) Project.

Job Context:

We are looking for a self-driven and professional NGO personnel with commitment to work and target groups.

Work Location: Any Upazila of Khulna or Bagerhat district.

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with Union and WARD level community group to raise the voice of women and disadvantaged groups.
• Liaison and coordination with Union and Upazila Networks, local government officials and implementing partner.
• Assist Upazila Coordinator to prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)/work plan/Activity Plan.
• Any other activities where and when as required by Authority.
• Participate in team meeting and management meeting in the field office regularly.
• Prepare and submit reports to Upazila Coordinator in timely manner.
• Experience on WASH hardware support ‍activity for Community level.
• Fair knowledge on Governance and Climate Change.
• Participate and organize training, meeting and workshop as per project activities.
