Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is a humanitarian organization which is located in Sreepur of Gazipur District. We provide support of shelter, education, rehabilitation & livelihood training to the destitute mothers and children which help them to re-settle in their community with better financial and interpersonal skills. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Community Development Officer as per followings:

Job Responsibilities:

Main/Major Responsibilities (Required):

Tracking and report how beneficiaries are changing as a result of the project interventions.
Support project execution related tasks such as tracking and risk/issues management.
Visit New Mother in their Communities and make recommendation for admission as per our criteria, continue all procedure of Admission.
Networking /liaison with Referral GO/NGO to increase Mother. Arrange community awareness & coordination program with NGOs and GOs to increase referral.
Received new mother and maintain procedure for observation.
Input information/Data on each Family in to the database (BIMS)·
Pre and Post discharge visit including flowing up Children’s education.
Set suitable IGA training plan that link with mother’s community resources & availabilities.
Follow up beneficiaries in the community after discharge.
Help to beneficiaries to build relation with local administration, & local community.
Documentation and Keep beneficiary’s status/register/file/documents updated.
Prepare discharge kits Purchases requisition and distribution to release mothers.
Update input Combine Assessment Form (CAF).
Database Support (Expected):
Maintenance support into databases and mobile app (Java Script Based).
Ensuring the quality, Verifying and cross-checking the data accuracy to discrepancies.
Keep record & maintain all related data to BIMS (Beneficiary Data Management Software).
Ensuring a database operates optimally by performing regular checks, fixing issues, and implementing administrative tasks to guarantee data integrity and performance.
Mobile Based Application Support (Expected):
Keep record & maintain all related data to SPP Apps.
Ensuring a database operates optimally by performing regular checks, fixing issues, and implementing administrative tasks to guarantee data integrity and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance, design interfaces to improve user experience·
Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
Other Responsibilities:
Perform regular data backups and quality checks to ensure security and prevent loss.
Organizing and filing electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
Collaborating with other teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
Generating data reports and summaries as required by management.
Any other need based assign work by line manager or Management time to time.
Assist prepare yearly, half yearly budget and implement.
Need based emergency follow up and visit to beneficiaries.
