Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Working experience in WASH, Nutrition, Community Mobilization, Community Engagement, CFRM, emergency response, and relevant experience.
- Ability to speak in Bangla, English language (written/verbal).
- Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Dynamism – Good report writing ability – Computer skills.
- Experience of at least five years in Community Development or social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the Community Approaches part of the project for the proper and smooth implementation of the activities as outlined in the project.
- Monitoring and follow-up of the community engagement related activity and Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) system.
- Monitoring the community’s needs and trends, such as population shifts or changes in Nutrition, WASH and social behavior change.
- Coordinate and closely work with Union Parishad to implement community engagement components and Support WASH Promoters to ensure effective implementation of community engagement activities.
- Organize and conduction of different training, meeting and workshop with relevant different community actors, project stakeholders, GOs and other project partners staffs.
- Communicate and develop relationships with the targeted govt. primary schools, relevant govt. education offices, Upazila and district administration.
- Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations.
