Responsibilities & Context
- Facilitate training exchange visit and follow up to Self-Help groups (SHGs)·
- Facilitate SHG meeting under the leadership of the SHG Chair.
- Home visit and coaching·
- Facilitate SHG PSRP (participatory Self Review and Planning) and document and follow up.
- Coordinate with project partners, Heifer office and others Stakeholders and follow up·
- Report and document at the SHG level, including group records.
- Facilitate new initiative in the SHG·
- Ensure the four basic qualities of a good SHG; group size, commitment to help themselves, group savings and inclusiveness of neighbors.
- Ensure Project implementation at the SHG level·
- Reinforce the Heifers cornerstone.
- SHG formation and strengthening.
- Assist in SHG savings and fund mobilization.
- Facilitate passing on the gift.
- Prepare progress report on project activities on regular basis and submit to project coordinator undertake any addition responsibility assigned by the project coordinator as and when required.
