Responsibilities & Context
GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.
Major Responsibilities:
Conducting needs assessments, surveys, or focus groups to understand the challenges, priorities, and aspirations of the community.
Working with community members and schools to ensure that educational environments are safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning, particularly for girls and children from marginalized groups.
Providing regular reports to program managers or donors on the effectiveness of education initiatives, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
