Education
- Bachelor/BA/BSS or equivalent from any university
Experience
- At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working in project implementation at field level in any NGO.
- The candidate will be given preference having knowledge and experience on implementation in DRR program, DRF program, Anticipatory Action program etc.
- Feld level coordination and staff supervision is key performance for this position. Computer literacy (MS office, internet, email management etc.) are must.
Responsibilities & Context
COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO). COAST has also received the special consultative status of UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). COAST has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) by its staff and personnel against the people they serve or staff. If any candidate is found and proved allegation of sexual exploitation and abuse against children or women, their applications and recruitment process will be cancelled. A written acknowledgment has to be submitted mentioning that the candidate and his/her family will not commit and give any child marriage. The organization is seeking some internal staff for below positions for the project titled “Strengthening Human-Centered Innovation for Early Warning Systems and Disaster Risk Financing (SHIELD)” which is supported by Practical Action Bangladesh and funded by Swiss Re Foundation.
