Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Preferable within 45 years. But the age will be flexible for the rightly experienced candidate.
- At least 3 years’ experience in inclusive WASH development project, preferably working experience in Municipality areas.
- Good skills in data collection, compilation using prescribed format and web-based software.
- Good interpersonal skills: demonstrated proactive roles in teamwork.
- Knowledge and skills in networking: ability to effectively deal with LGIs representatives, CBOs representatives, Youth Volunteers, and community peoples.
- Ability to organize and facilitate group meetings or in any discussion session among staff and community people.
- Willing to work with the disadvantaged/vulnerable people under difficult situation.
- Willingness to accomplish the work assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities & Context
SKS Foundation in partnership with WaterAid Bangladesh is implementing “WASH Systems for Heath (WS4H)”program in Lalmonirhat Municipality area. SKS Foundation is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions for the Project. Project tenure is up to November 2027.
- Conduct survey, data collection, compilation of community-based surveys.
- Conduct and review community situation analysis, preparation of community action plan on WASHc.
- Assist community to select and implement the interventions both hard and software following project guiding principles.
- Assist to community, youth volunteer, and other catalyst to prioritize their issues and way forward to execute their plan.
- Ensure participation of community in planning and implement of the project interventions.
- Organize and conduct session, orientation, and training at community level on water supply, safe sanitation, hygiene and other awareness issues.
- Identify the area of capacity building of community, Youth Volunteers, CBOs, women, girls, boys and other catalyst, and also assist to project for adapt in planning.
- Support to enhance women empowerment on WASH issues.
- Prepare community-based training/ orientation/ refresher session plan and budget based on identified area of capacity buildinga.
- Ensure implementation of soft and hardware interventions in assigned working areas following set guideline.
- Make regular field visits and identify problems and resolve in coordination with PM.c.
- Conduct and facilitate hygiene promotion activities in selected community and institutions.
- Maintain liaison with LGIs representatives, CBO representatives and other stakeholders at Municipality level.
- Ensure entry in mobile based digital monitoring system.
- Assist in preparation of consolidated reports, monthly reports and other data driven reports when required.
- Prepare activity/event completion reports/case study etc.
