Responsible for:

Responsible and accountable to SPO/PO in charge for the duties and performance.
Engage with local communities within the union to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
Mobilize community members to actively participate in decision-making processes and community activities.
Advocacy for the rights and interests of marginalized groups within the community, including women, children, persons with disabilities, and ethnic minorities.
Patients counseling specially in Nutritional cases.Maintain accurate records of activities, expenses, and outcomes, and prepare timely reports for donors, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

Activities:

Examining and monitoring growth of pregnant & lactating women.
Assessing care requirements and writing care plans
Counselling for undertaking antenatal care in hospitals, homes and GP practices.
Carrying out screening tests for Nutritional Deficiency.
Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to women and their partners.
Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
Caring for Nutritional Deficiency of U-5 children.
Writing records.
Prepare monthly report.
Any work assigned as per advice by concerned authority.
Prepare and present reports on cases, incidents, initiatives etc. during team meetings and department meetings in order to share experience(s) and learning with team members.
Attend all training/clinical sessions.
Actively take part in mentoring activities organized by Friendship
Develop and demonstrate interest in a particular specialty
