This role is essential for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through effective compensation and welfare management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Oversee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee.
- Implement and manage employee welfare initiatives such as wellness programs and work-life balance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Address employee queries and issues related to compensation and benefits.
