Requirements

• Graduate from any private or public university.
• 2 to 4 years’ work experience in relevant area.
• Proven experience in maintaining ISO certification.
• Experience in managing factory licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Expert in MS Excel and proficient in other MS Office applications.
• Strong skills in reporting and documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments.

Responsibilities & Context

ISO Certification Management:

• Maintain and oversee the ISO certification process.
• Ensure compliance with all ISO standards applicable to the company.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes.

Factory Licenses:

• Manage the application and renewal process for factory licenses.
• Ensure all factory operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulations from the Department of Explosives, BSTI, BERC, FSCD, and other relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage relationships.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to compliance activities.
• Generate regular compliance reports for management review.
• Use MS Excel to create, manage, and analyze data for reporting purposes.

Negotiation and Communication:

• Negotiate with regulatory bodies to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Coordinate & Communicate compliance requirements and updates to internal stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:

• Frequently travel to different locations as required to ensure compliance.
