We are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for our Spinning Factory. Candidates’ responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and maintaining compliance with social, health, and safety regulations within the factory premises.
- Preparing the factory for comprehensive audits, including Social Compliance and Technical Audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with buyer requirements, meticulously documenting all necessary procedures and protocols.
- Facilitating 3rd party audits in alignment with buyer specifications, providing comprehensive documentation and devising corrective action plans for any identified non-conformities.
- Conducting regular awareness programs for employees and workers, emphasizing health and safety protocols.
- Managing the validity and renewal of all licenses and certificates essential for regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring the provision of personal safety and protective equipment for workers as mandated.
- Continuously monitoring compliance status, ensuring alignment with buyer mandates and national/international standards.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the management.
