Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s in relevant subject.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Familiarity with various audit frameworks including BSCI, INDITEX, H&M (Higg), GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with adeptness in delivering presentations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical work practices and a results-driven approach to assigned tasks.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and a self-motivated attitude towards undertaking new initiatives.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

We are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for our Spinning Factory. Candidates’ responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining compliance with social, health, and safety regulations within the factory premises.
  • Preparing the factory for comprehensive audits, including Social Compliance and Technical Audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to standards.
  • Ensuring full compliance with buyer requirements, meticulously documenting all necessary procedures and protocols.
  • Facilitating 3rd party audits in alignment with buyer specifications, providing comprehensive documentation and devising corrective action plans for any identified non-conformities.
  • Conducting regular awareness programs for employees and workers, emphasizing health and safety protocols.
  • Managing the validity and renewal of all licenses and certificates essential for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring the provision of personal safety and protective equipment for workers as mandated.
  • Continuously monitoring compliance status, ensuring alignment with buyer mandates and national/international standards.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the management.
