Context:
Rs & Sons Overseas mainly works with work visas, tourist visas, air tickets, Hajj Umrah, and visa processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle work visas, tourist visas and other travel documents.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related issues.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure top-notch service.
- Document processing for visa.
- Database maintenance.
- Daily work report submission.
