Job Description:
We are a prominent medical consultancy center specializing in facilitating patient treatments abroad, looking for a dedicated Computer Operator. The ideal candidate will manage and operate computer systems, ensuring efficient processing of patient information and supporting the company’s administrative functions. This role involves data entry, record maintenance, report generation, and assisting with visa and ticketing processes. The Computer Operator will also facilitate communication between patients and international hospitals.

Qualifications:

আমরা বিদেশে রোগীদের চিকিৎসার সুবিধা প্রদানে বিশেষজ্ঞ একটি চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ কেন্দ্র, একজন নিবেদিত কম্পিউটার অপারেটর নিয়োগ করছি। উপযুক্ত প্রার্থী কম্পিউটার সিস্টেম পরিচালনা করবেন, রোগীর তথ্য দক্ষতার সাথে প্রক্রিয়া করবেন এবং কোম্পানির প্রশাসনিক কার্যক্রমে হেল্প করবেন, মূলত ডেটা এন্ট্রি, রেকর্ড রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, প্রতিবেদন তৈরি এবং ভিসা ও টিকিটিং প্রক্রিয়া সহায়তায় করবেন। কম্পিউটার অপারেটর রোগী এবং আন্তর্জাতিক হাসপাতালের মধ্যে যোগাযোগও সহজতর করবেন।
মূল দায়িত্ব:
- কম্পিউটার সিস্টেম এবং অ্যাপ্লিকেশন পরিচালনা করা
- ডেটা এন্ট্রি করা এবং সঠিক রেকর্ড রাখা
- প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা এবং ডেটা বিশ্লেষণে সহায়তা করা
- ভিসা এবং টিকিটিং প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করা
- রোগী এবং আন্তর্জাতিক হাসপাতালের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ সমন্বয় করা
যোগ্যতা:
