Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure receiving and collecting orders in time as per delivery schedule and route plan.
• Maintain documentation for cash and credit sales order as per guidelines.
• Prepare, Check and ensure all invoices in Invoice Collection Summary Sheet (ICSS).
• Process replacement/ recent orders only as per company guidelines and necessary approvals.
• Monitor proper maintenance of IT assets of the depot office.
