Coordinate and manage all aspects of an interior design project in Dubai.
Liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of interior works.
Source and select suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior projects.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Interpret and implement design concepts as per project requirements and preferences.
Ensure all design elements adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to mitigate risks and ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures related to interior design activities.
Provide cost-effective solutions and recommendations to optimize project spending.
Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and documentation related to interior design activities.
Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and supplier communications.
Collaborate with the team to integrate interior design elements seamlessly within overall project plans.
