Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of ” Construction Engineer / Project Engineer” for “Linkin Engineering & Constructions Ltd.”. The person will be responsible for constructions and the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.
Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to these plans.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and construction drawings.
Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and local regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, to senior management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staffs.
