Minimum 8 years relevant experience of construction in mega civil project having piling experience / Marine project experience.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Project Planning and Coordination
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure that all site activities are properly scheduled and aligned with project objectives.
2. Resource Management
Manage labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently.
Ensure that materials are delivered on time and used appropriately.
Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to maintain productivity.
3. Quality Control
Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Address any issues or defects in the construction work.
4. Safety Management
Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks.
Handle accidents and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Cost Management
Monitor project costs and ensure the project stays within the budget.
Approve purchases, manage expenditures, and track financial progress.
Handle cost overruns and financial risks.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure that legal and regulatory documentation is completed and maintained.
7. Risk Management
Identify potential risks in the project and implement measures to mitigate them.
Adjust project plans in response to unforeseen challenges or delays.
8. Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and the project team.
Address client concerns and keep them informed of project progress.
Ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
9. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Handle on-site issues or disputes, whether technical, logistical, or personnel-related.
Make critical decisions that affect the project timeline, budget, and quality.
