Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patients assigned by the Chief Consultant, managing them according to departmental policies established by the Head of Department/Senior Consultants of LaserTreat.
- Work in accordance with the approved roster set by the Medical Director, providing care for patients during pre and post-operative procedures.
- Attend to patients in the operating room, step-down OT, and procedure room as assigned by Senior Consultants or Chief Consultant.
- Maintain communication with follow-up patients and convert new patients by recommending procedures.
- Attend to Outpatient Department (OPD) patients as assigned.
- Participate in surgical procedures as a member of the procedural team.
- Assist Senior Consultants in various aesthetic treatments.
- Ensure prescriptions are passed through HIS software.
- Ensure patients receive appropriate medications matching their procedures.
- Manage filing, mailing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills and rapport with peers, patients, and nursing staff.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Chief Consultant.
