Average Typing Speed.
Good in English Reading, writing, and understanding.
Fresher’s are encouraged to apply; Experienced candidates between 0 to 1 year(s) will be advantageous.

Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries, receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems & Provide general information.
Make Regular Video Content and Go Live on social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content strategies.
Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger.
Should have excellent knowledge of Client Services, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, organizational culture, people management & computer literacy.
Hardworking, Talented, Focused, Attentive to Details, Communicative, Positive & Flexible Personality, Good Typing & Computer Operating Skills is what we look for in a Candidate.
Problem handling/solving skills & Ability to work well under pressure.
Should be dedicated to daily task completion.
Skill in Internet Browsing.
