Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development, or in a similar role.
Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and practical experience in delivering training courses related to the implementation and auditing of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferable
Responsibilities & Context
Design and Conduct training programs for the employees and clients.
Assist in developing training modules, content based PPTs (power point presentation) and RBT (result based training report.)
Develop technical proposals, concept notes, and training solutions for capacity-building and consultancy projects.
Conduct market research to identify emerging training needs, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, development partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular client visits to understand training needs, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
Lead and support the implementation of donor-funded capacity development projects and technical assistance programs.
Design, facilitate, and lead training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences for diverse stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external consultants to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course development, participant records, learning resources, and performance tracking.
Promote innovative learning approaches, including blended learning, virtual training, competency-based learning, and simulation-based training.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes, client satisfaction, and departmental performance.
Supervise the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, study visits, and other capacity-building activities.
