Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Science, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Psychology

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Training Institutes, Multinational Companies, Consulting Firms

Additional Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) Experiences in the related field for the Consultant position
• knowledge and practical experience in delivering training courses related to the implementation and auditing of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferable

Responsibilities & Context

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events.

• Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and reports.

• Maintain training records, and prepare evaluation reports for management.

• Communicate with trainers, employees, and external vendors for smooth program execution.

• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course updates.

• Collect feedback from trainees and generate reports for improvement.

• Ensure training facilities, equipment, and resources are available and set up properly.

• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend suitable learning solutions.

• Deliver engaging in-person and online training sessions.

• Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
