Responsibilities & Context

• Candidate must have knowledge and practical experience in design and developing accounting systems, strategic planning, financial reporting, internal control, risk Management and process development.
• In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in labor law, IR, LTA, and remuneration management.
• Capable to lead /proper guidance to the F&A team -practicing proper accounting system, ensure compliance with financial records, & reporting as per international standards and regulations.
