Experience
- At least 7 years
Additional Requirements
- At least seven years of senior experience in developing contents and facilitation on Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion.
- Solid understanding of Bangladeshi NGOs, their limitations and challenges.
- Understands USAID rules and regulations and other standard institutional donors such as FCDO, EC, UN, BMZ, SDC, DFAT etc.
- Solid understanding and experience in content development and TOT.
