Responsibilities & Context
- Visa file processing of all countries, especially Schengen, USA, Canada, Australia & UK.
- The goal is to provide professional and committed visa services.
- Evaluate client profiles to determine their eligibility.
- Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and organize supporting materials.
- Manage and resolve complex visa cases.
- Collect and review client-provided documents.
- To handle customers in a professional manner
- Should have capability to ensure quality client’s service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Good personality for teamwork.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfil given responsibilities and achieve main goals.
- Any duties assigned by the Management.
