B2B Travel Consultation:
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, offering tailored travel and visa solutions.
Use your expertise to provide travel advice, including flight, hotel, and transportation options.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Use the Global Distribution System (GDS) to search for and book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Ensure efficient and accurate bookings, addressing any changes or issues promptly.
Customer Service:
Engage with customers to resolve visa and ticket-related concerns, offering personalized support.
Provide prompt follow-up on inquiries, offering travel advisories and destination-specific information.
Ensure excellent communication with clients throughout their journey to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain detailed records of visa applications and travel bookings.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies, providing accurate reports on success rates and client feedback.
