Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content and Copywriter to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. They will be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and optimized content that resonates with our audience and drives traffic, leads, and conversions.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Script Writing: Create engaging scripts for promotional videos, ads, and social media campaigns.

  • Content Development: Design content themes that align with the brand’s identity for various platforms.

  • Copywriting: Write persuasive copy for social media, websites, and email marketing, optimized for SEO.

  • Bilingual Writing: Write fluently in both Bangla and English, adapting to different platforms.

  • Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished, consistent, and error-free.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends and audience preferences to create relevant content.

  • Social Media: Manage social media pages, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.

  • Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to produce high-quality content and copy.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic and visibility.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to produce relevant and impactful content.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to suggest data-driven improvements.

  • Assist in managing and scheduling content for social media platforms and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-4 Years of experience in branding and marketing, digital marketing.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data.
