Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Mirpur 12, Eastern Housing, Dhaka

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Duty Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Creator with expert-level capabilities in video editing to join our team at a leading men’s and women’s clothing collection company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with a strong passion for fashion content production, as well as the ability to conduct market research and use strategic thinking to create visually compelling and eye-catching content.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, focusing on high-impact Reels and detailed promotional sales videos.

• Develop, write, and edit compelling scripts and content across various platforms, especially social media.

• Conduct market research to understand trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.

• Use strategic thinking to design content that stands out and drives engagement, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s message and sales goals.

• Coordinate and collaborate with influencers and models to maximize content impact and reach.

• Work closely with our office team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

• Manage content schedules and deadlines to ensure timely publication.

  Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is essential.

  • Experience in scriptwriting is preferred, with training provided if necessary.

  • Strong skills in market research and strategic thinking to create content that grabs attention and drives results.

  • Proven experience in video editing and content creation, ideally within the fashion industry.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with influencers, models, and internal teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative and strategic thinker capable of transforming ideas into actionable and captivating content.
