- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, English, Marketing, or any discipline
- Note: Educational background will be relaxed for candidates with an exceptional creative portfolio.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in professional content writing, copywriting, or social media management
- Must share a portfolio or links to previously created content/pages
Responsibilities & Context
- Brainstorm, script, and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Write catchy, interactive captions and ad copies in both Bangla and English
- Stay up-to-date with local social media trends, viral audio, and meme culture to leverage them for brands
- Collaborate closely with video editors and graphic designers to execute creative concepts
