Responsibilities & Context

Context: GENESIS is an educational consultancy firm where the doctors solely taken service for their post-graduation degree in home and abroad and this is the market leader in this field. Here different services are offered through-out the session for the Doctors community, that’s why we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator & Digital Marketer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content for our Social Media Platforms, as well as implementing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and reach our target audience. The candidate will be prioritized who have experience in in this field.

Duty Times: Saturday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
Update our websites as needed.

Develop and execute content plans for photo shoots, posts, blogs, and social media platforms.
Create high-quality written and visual content that aligns with our brand and objectives.
Maintain our Facebook page, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing & search engine optimization.
Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Monitor social media engagement and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Have to guide a develop visually impactful designs for our services and platforms.
Apply design principles, color theory, layout, typography and web standards to your work.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, social media analytics, and other relevant metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
