Ideal Profile
- Minimum 6 months of Experience.
- Proficient in English Is a Must.
- Knowledge on SEO would be an added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills to create engaging and error-free social media posts.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with the online community.
- Creative, innovative, multitasking & good attention/sensitive to market trend.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and work within tight deadlines.
- Work well on a team but also be able to take ownership of independent projects.
- Growth mindset and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
- Writing unique and, high-quality Website Content, Blog posts, Quora Answers, etc.
- Assess the content quality of competitors’ websites and produce better.
- Use Canva or other tools to design some required images & videos.
- Be able to Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
- Planning, developing, strategizing and implementing social media marketing campaigns.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms mainly focused on the USA/CANADA/Europe market.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Work with other teams, such as design, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for social media initiatives.
- Assist in branding strategies toward building product brand equity on social media and company websites.
