  • Ability to interpret content performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, scroll depth, conversion rate) and use data to inform future content strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in writing content for multilingual or multicultural audiences with attention to localization, tone adaptation, and cultural context for the North American & European Market.
  • Skilled in utilizing a wide range of content development and marketing tools, including grammar and clarity enhancers (Grammarly, Hemingway), AI-assisted content ideation and drafting tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai), GPT-detection and content humanization (Originality.ai, ZeroGPT), plagiarism checkers (Quetext, Copyscape), SEO optimization platforms (Surfer SEO, Frase), and editorial planning tools (Notion, Trello, Google Workspace). Proficient in integrating these tools into the content lifecycle—from research and drafting to optimization, compliance, and publishing.
  • Experienced in blog content strategy and execution—including topic ideation, keyword-aligned writing, SEO formatting, internal linking, content scheduling, blog series development, and performance tracking through analytics tools. Able to adapt tone and depth for both thought leadership and SEO-driven blog content.
  • Skilled in ad copywriting across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and display campaigns—crafting compelling headlines, value-driven descriptions, and strong CTAs optimized for clicks, conversions, and A/B testing performance.
  • Skilled in email copywriting, including crafting compelling subject lines, persuasive email body content, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs) tailored for engagement, conversions, and campaign goals across newsletters, promotional emails, cold outreach, and automated email sequences.
  • Must be proactive, honest, hardworking can work independently and able to execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Media Content Developer to join our globally recognized team at Color Experts International, Inc.—a pioneer in image editing and graphic design outsourcing with over 30 years of industry leadership.

As we expand our content marketing and digital outreach efforts, we seek someone who understands the art and science of content—blending data-driven SEO strategies with compelling storytelling that resonates across cultures, platforms, and devices.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of US-native English writing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to produce content that drives performance across web, email, social media, and beyond.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Write and create quality contents (especially in native US-style writing) on our Graphics Design Outsourcing business, formats including (not limited to): SEO-optimized landing pages, blog posts, press releases, social media captions, ad copy, promotional emails, lead magnets, and third-party articles for content marketing platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis for the purpose of content development which includes both seed keywords and LSI/Related Keywords and perform long tail keyword research for content/topic ideas.
  • Generate interesting, accurate, and exciting content ideas for our target market needs.
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication across multiple platforms, supporting ongoing campaigns and business goals.
  • Write non-plagiarized contents that will pass as “unique content” (or “non-duplicate content”) by using various Content Plagiarism Detection Tools. In addition, the content should also be humanized from AI/GPT generated contents.
  • Write contents for SEO purpose, which includes: conduct various audits on keyword density and other parameters for on-page SEO, SEO Copy edit and optimize articles on the basis of seed keywords and LSI/ Related Keywords, rewrite existing contents into unique contents using various techniques including manual rewriting & ethical content spinning, etc.
  • Collect, data-mine, and analyze various digital marketing data for lead generation, SEO, PPC, Web Analytics, Sales CRM, etc.
  • Source graphics from various online sources for articles, perform minor graphic design, and help in posting articles, images, and videos in various publishing platforms, including our website and social media.
  • Post and format content across CMS platforms and social channels, ensuring schema-compliant structure, mobile readability, and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and efficiency when writing, revising, editing, or proofreading copy.
  • Use various SEO and Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and keyword research tools to analyze website performance, track rankings, identify optimization opportunities, and develop data-driven content strategies. Additionally, leverage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, content scheduling platforms, and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to streamline the content creation and distribution process across various platforms effectively.
  • Stay current with SEO algorithm updates, keyword trends, and content marketing best practices to ensure continued ranking performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor content strategies to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for innovation in our content approach.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the marketing team supervisor or management, including supporting marketing campaigns, conducting research, preparing performance reports, collaborating on projects, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to align content efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Execute special assignments or marketing-related tasks as directed by supervisors or the senior marketing team.
