- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia editing software is desirable.

- Experienced from production house (Cinematic or Film production)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Development Manager to join our team. The Content Development Manager will be responsible for leading the creation and development of course content across various subject areas. This role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our courses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of course content for relevant IT skill areas.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, course topics, and content requirements.
- Manage a team of content creators, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure the timely and effective delivery of course content.
- Develop and maintain a content development roadmap, setting clear milestones and deadlines for content creation projects.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of course content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design to continuously improve course quality.
- Provide guidance and support to content creators, offering feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new courses.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to course content, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
