• Content Creator: Proven ability to write clear, engaging content for website, social media, scripts, and promotional materials.

• Camera-Ready: Confident and articulate on camera—experience in hosting videos or presentations is a strong plus.
• Creative Presenter: Ability to explain educational or promotional content in a structured and appealing manner.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using content tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint & others), Google Slides etc.
• Fluent Communicator: Strong written and spoken English and Bangla communication skills.
• Multitasker: Ability to adapt and familiarize with new tasks.
• Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Able to meet deadlines and maintain content quality.
• Team Collaborator: Works closely with the marketing, and training teams.

Responsibilities & Context

• Content Writing: Create engaging blog articles, course content, video scripts, social posts, and marketing materials.
• Video Presentation: Host and appear in educational/promotional videos, explainer content, and recorded sessions.
• Presentation Development: Design clear, professional presentations for webinars, training, and online content.
• Social Media Presence: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance content reach through videos and posts.
• Campaign Support: Assist in content planning and execution for branding and lead generation campaigns.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in idea generation for new content formats and educational series.
• Multitasking: Prepare contents for proposal, projects and business development according to need.
