Responsibilities & Context

• Open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best productivity content for our audience.
• Writing copy texts, blog posts, articles, and whitepapers for websites.
• Writing descriptions and documentation for software products.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
• Writing and analyzing content for social media posts and newsletters to create engagement.
• Research and fact-check AI-generated responses.
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finish tasks within deadlines.
• Evaluate existing content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
• Help the Team to resolve complex problems, interact with clients through emails or chats, and provide precisely/clearly written instructions and technical guidelines.
