• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. BBA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in content writing and technical writing.
• Experience in multimedia production, including video recording, editing, and audio recording, will get preference.
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and course-building tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Training on AI Technology & Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in audio recording and editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
• Expertise in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
• Comfortable using AI-driven tools and resources for content enhancement and training delivery.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking for a Content Writer with advanced knowledge of AI and proficiency in audio recording and video coverage. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating high-quality educational materials, including text-based content, instructional videos, and audio recordings, for internal and external training programs. The focus will be on producing content that is engaging, informative, and tailored to the learning needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Development:

• Develop and write engaging, accurate, and informative training content on a variety of topics, with a strong emphasis on Advanced AI technologies.
• Create comprehensive training modules that include written content, video scripts, and audio guides.
• Convert complex technical concepts into accessible, learner-friendly language for various audiences, including beginners and professionals.

Video & Audio Production:

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality audio recordings for training sessions.
• Plan, shoot, and edit instructional videos, incorporating animations, voiceovers, and demonstrations where necessary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce compelling and engaging multimedia content.

Course Design & Instruction:

• Assist in the design and structuring of training programs, ensuring that content is aligned with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Develop interactive learning activities, quizzes, and other assessment tools to support engagement and measure learner success.

Research & Knowledge Integration:

• Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in AI and related technologies, ensuring content reflects current knowledge.
• Integrate the latest AI tools, frameworks, and use cases into training materials.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and quality before finalizing materials.
• Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, instructional design best practices, and accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with the L&D team, product managers to ensure content is aligned with organizational needs.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to continually improve training content.

Content Optimization & Reporting:

• Track the performance and effectiveness of training content and make adjustments based on feedback and learner results.
