Responsibilities & Context

Bangla & English Typing skill.

Executive-IMC(Content Writing) is responsible to reach the brands to target audience with engaging and accurate written content. He/she is also responsible for gathering contemporary real estate trends to develop new content style, publishing SEO keyword-based articles and strategizing website content for clearer and concise message. In addition, he/she needs to write articles for native advertising and communicate with agencies for collaboration.

Develop engaging captions to attract the target audience.

Gather contemporary real estate trends (Domestic & International) to develop new content style.

Develop SEO keyword-based articles for CPS & CRDL websites to improve search engine rankings.

Strategize website content for a more clear and concise message to the audience.

Write articles for native (local) advertising in newspapers for brand promotion.

Communicate with agencies for potential collaboration with the brand.

Develop and execute content strategies for various social media platforms.

Create engaging and high-quality content, including videos, photos, and written posts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives.

Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of content and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify content reach.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.

Manage social media accounts and schedule posts using social media management tools.

Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to identify areas for improvement.

Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.

Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce content.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about trends.

Proven experience as a content creator or social media influencer.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to create high-quality content using various tools and software.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Craft clear, compelling, and engaging content for diverse platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Develop and manage content schedules to ensure timely delivery and consistent posting across all platforms, aligning with strategic objectives.

Uphold the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all written materials, ensuring they meet organizational guidelines and brand voice.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content aligns with overarching marketing strategies and effectively communicates the brand message.

Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness and engagement.

Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies that support business goals and address the needs of the target audience.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content strategies to identify opportunities for innovative content creation.

Produce content that captivates and resonates with the target audience, fostering interaction and generating valuable feedback.

Propose and develop new content ideas and formats to enhance audience engagement and drive measurable results.

Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage with an audience.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.

Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.

Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
