Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in writing clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats like technical documentation, copywriting, scripts, and sales material. Who will work closely with our product and marketing teams to deliver content that educates, informs, and persuades our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Documentation: Write comprehensive, easy-to-understand technical guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for websites, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and more.
• Script Writing: Develop scripts for product demos, tutorials, explainer videos, webinars, and podcasts.
• Sales & Marketing Content: Craft persuasive and engaging sales collateral, case studies, white papers, and product descriptions to support the sales team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s technical vision and brand voice.
• Content Strategy: Help define the content strategy and ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and ensure content adheres to SEO best practices.
• Product Understanding: Stay up to date with the latest product releases, features, and industry trends to maintain content relevance.
