Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for skilled Content Writers who can produce original, high-quality content in both English and Bangla. The ideal candidate will be able to create meaningful content that aligns with the brand voice, meets user intent, and follows best practices for online visibility. Candidates should also understand how to write human-first content in an evolving digital environment where AI-generated content is on the rise. Writers must also be able to follow Google’s E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) to ensure the content builds audience trust and ranks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Write well-researched, original, and engaging content in both English and Bangla for websites, blogs, product descriptions, and social media.
• Create SEO-optimized articles, long-form guides, and branded storytelling pieces tailored to our audience.
• Translate and localize content between Bangla and English, preserving tone and meaning.
• Apply E-E-A-T principles in all content to establish authority and user trust.
• Develop off-page content such as Quora Q&As, guest blog posts, and forum discussions.
• Proofread, fact-check, and edit content before publication.
• Stay updated on AI content trends, Google’s helpful content guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent tone, style, and message alignment across all platforms.
