Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

B.Sc/M.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/Power Technology.
M.Sc in Mechanical will get preferable.

Experience

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:

Job Responsibility:

Operating and Monitoring Automated Systems: Operating and monitoring the PLC system in the control room, ensuring a smooth production flow.
Managing Batching and Pellet Systems: Manage the computer systems controlling the batching of ingredients and the pelleting process, which are crucial for accurate feed formulation and production.
Monitoring Process Parameters: Monitoring various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and speed to ensure optimal equipment performance and prevent deviations from the desired process.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Responsible for identifying and resolving errors in the production process, ensuring a smooth and error-free operation.
Reporting on Performance: They prepare reports on production, maintenance, and other relevant aspects of the feed mill operation.
Using Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the feed milling process, including batching, pelleting, and mixing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze process parameters, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Any other task assigned by the management.
