Minimum graduation. However, BBA/MBA in Hospitality management/Marketing /Restaurant management or relevant field is preferred.

Experience

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fast Food Shop

Additional Requirements

Individual should be capable of running fast food operations/fast food chain independently and confidently.
Should have general knowledge/experience on operations, production, marketing, purchase, quality, accounts and HR etc.
Should have strong leadership quality to lead the teams.
Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in similar post, preferably within the Fast Food Restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of current market trends and strategies in the Fast Food Sector.
Proficiency in outlet operational tools and platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working experience of relevant software with good computer literacy.
