Responsibilities & Context

The position is responsible for maintaining liaison among different stakeholders (both internal & stakeholder) to ensure seamless flow of information. To ensure that services are rendered to clients without any setbacks.

  • Develop and maintain relationship with different stakeholders within the organisation to ensure efficient execution of policies, processes and information.
  • Act as the contact point among different roles i.e. Financial Analysts, Service Mangers, Relationhsip Managers, CRM and Operations Department for effective initiation and execution.
  • Assist leadership with proper documentation, communication with stakeholders (both internal & external) to maintain compliance and governance without prejudice.
  • Assist line managers and leadership with maintaining quality portfolio and take initiative to strengthen the collateral and/or security arrangements and to maintain PAR, NPA & CL within the permissible limit.
  • Participation in activities and comply with instructions as and when solicited by leadership.
