  • Excellent written & verbal communications skill in both English & Bengali;
  • Proactive and capable to work under pressure;
  • Good Computer skill in MS Office program.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the CEO’s calendar & activities to ensure high value time utilization of the CEO in relationship to external and internal requirements.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving the CEO.
  • Reviews CEOs email communications and assists in providing timely responses to inquiries sent to CEO.
  • Scheduling & maintaining business appointments, coordinate and priority schedule.
  • Monitor/Follow up the business development Memos/Notice/Circular.
  • Organizes CEO’s travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with department hands and associates in relation to necessary follow up on queries, deadlines etc.
  • Smooth coordination between field forces and Head Office.
  • Maintain files and documents and ensure confidentiality.
  • Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
