Job Context

The Prime Bank Eye Hospital (PBEH) is an initiative of Prime Bank Foundation that started its journey in 2012 with the mission to provide eye care services to the mass people at an affordable price. We are looking for qualified and motivated individual to be a part of the PBEH team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Allocate work on an equitable basis to the Domain Heads with authority (aligning with their respective JD) and ensure proper supervision of the Domain Heads

2. Coordination of the total gamut of PBEH activities between the Technical/Medical/Nursing & Non-Technical (Administrative & Financial/Outreach/Marketing/Counselling) Teams and the rest of the departments/domains of PBEH for achieving programmatic and financial targets

3. Develop/review in consultation with the CEO, PBF and Project Director, PBHPLC (proposed) and implement PBEH policies, rules, and regulations with direct involvement/supervision of the respective departments/Domain Heads

4. Recommend recruitment of new staff based on staff need assessment, annual appraisal/promotion/increment, termination of existing staff working and carry out regular training need assessment (TNA) of both technical and non-technical staff

5. Ensure overall procurements of PBEH involving relevant domain heads making sure that all policies/guidelines on PBEH procurements are complied with

6. Liaise/communicate with other relevant government departments as and when necessary

7. Ensure regular Technical Committee meetings and follow up on the status of implementation

8. Request the administration to provide required (justified) adequate instruments, equipment, MSR, and other requirements, to improve the efficiency/functioning of PBEH

9. Monitor preparation/implementation/execution of PBEH annual work plan and budget

10. Prepare reports such as monthly PBEH Management Report, Annual Report,  Reports for reviewing and decision making using service statistics generated by the system, and more for the CEO, PBEH team, PBL, and other stakeholders ·

Other Responsibilities:·

  • Carry out any other responsibility as demanded by PBEH.
  • Ensure the maintenance of good partners/public relations.
  • Any other professional job as assigned by the CEO, PBF
