- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a relevant field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a digital newsroom.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editorial judgment across multiple digital platforms.
- Sound understanding of social media trends, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve content performance.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the digital team.
- Oversee all digital content operations, including news updates, videos, and social media engagement.
- Plan and execute effective digital strategies to enhance audience reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with newsroom teams to adapt TV content seamlessly for digital platforms.
- Monitor analytics to assess performance and guide data-driven content optimization.
- Ensure timely, creative, and accurate publication across all digital platforms.
