- Monitoring the PLC for ETP operation.
Responsibilities & Context
- Following the working Procedure of the ETP stated in the ETP GUIDELINE.
- Regular Maintenance of the equipment related to ETP: Pump, Blower, Electrical panel (PLC), Filter Press & others.
- Checking the availability of the spare parts
- Optimize the uses of required spare parts.
- Maintain preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Execute training for machine installation and maintenance.
- Maintain the proper records of maintenance.
- Maintain the ETP maintenance OPEX.
- Integrate with factory maintenance planning personnel for monthly maintenance schedule.
- Ensure the smooth operation of ETP plant.
- Run any other functions where the immediate supervisor stated in relation to the operation.
