Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, including installation, operation, and maintenance.
Proven experience in supervising and executing electro-mechanical project works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee project execution effectively.
Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and system analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities & Context

This position is responsible for overseeing and executing electro-mechanical project works. They utilize their advanced knowledge and experience to ensure the proper functioning of various systems within the specified area. This includes managing project activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

Perform installation work for textile industry equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Execute equipment loading and unloading using heavy vehicles (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift) while adhering to Company EHS standards and timelines.
Conduct equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance of project vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
Replace damaged parts of tools and machinery to maintain continuous workflow.
Prepare and maintain all GQS (Global Quality Standards) documents related to preventive and corrective maintenance.
Develop and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Breakdown Analysis Reports.
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safekeeping of company-provided tools for work performance.
